billed for arrears when accounts up to date
I just checked my accounts on line and seen that ALL my loans show me as being in arrears. I downloaded my statements and see I'm being charged arrears fees. I have NEVER been in arrears. I have a debit order and all my accounts are collected on time.<br> <br> Please explain this to me. I'm sure it is ******* to collect money for arrears when accounts are not in arrears.
