Biggest ******* of all

All I did was forget my pin and this bank wants mw to come in so they can replace my card and charge me for it. Sies guys! Surely by now your establishment should have figured out how to reset someone's pin without such backward thinking!

Just called this number andwas told you don't have the mandate to change the pin without replacing the card at my own cost so not sure why you sent me a message. Am still shocked that this is your policy as I don't believe it's fair to charge me for a new card when I still have the old one.

Again, called the number and received the same response. I love playing ping pong phone call as much as the next person but unless you're going to tell me that I can change my pin without the charge of a new card, is there any point to this? If it's possible, then send the link to where I can do it online or else send me the name and number of the person I can soeak to as reaching your call centre is not helping.
