Being Summonsed for pre scribed debt / reckless lending
<p>African Bank has now handed my 2012 debt to MCS debt recovery. I received an sms " African Bank issuing summons pay balance IMMEDIATELY. What happended to the consultatant who recklessly gave me the loans? that my interest /instalments was so high I could not afford to pay it anymore. You only cared about your commisions! and did not check if I qualified for the loan! African bank should take some responsibilty for their actions! I couldent afford to pay it then and i can now! RECKLESS LENDING LOANS OF 2012 SHOULD BE WRITTEN OFF!</p>
