Being over charged this whole time!! *****s

What are all these charges every month?<br> o DT ord coll fee - 10.00 (why must I be charged for a debit order facility?<br> o VAT - R1.40 (that I understand, but how can you charge me VAT on the above)<br> o Service - R50.00<br> o Again VAT - R7.00 on service (that I understand)<br> o SMS monthly fee - R1.97 (I never agreed to receive sms for you, and I haven't received <br> o Again VAT - R0.28<br> o Arrears Interest - R28.71 (how can you charge me arrears if my account is not in arrears? Payment in received before due date and it's update?<br> o Insurance - R28.85 <br> <br> o Total - R128.31 <br> <br> All this time you are charging me for things that are not needed, not to mention the interest. I would have understood if it was a loan, but this is credit card. My understanding is you pay one service fee monthly.<br> <br> Really been keeping me in debt. <br>
