Before switching to African Bank ask yourself if can you trust them with your money!

Iam an African banker so On the 23rd of September I tried to withdraw almost my salary on a FNB Atm so before the money came out the Atm went off and on my account shows that it went off, so I went inside the FNB Branch and I was told to go to where I bank for this matter so I went and I placed a complain the call was logged same day . So to this day no follow up/update from african bank the money hasn't reversed back to my account. So Iam asking myself if ican still trust this bank with my money. Iam Phindile Nkosi and my no. ***
