Been Handed over for an account that isnt mine

I had a credit card with African Bank, which was paid up in full in Feb 2015. I have all the documents to prove my payments. Last week i get an sms from African Bank stating that my so called \loan"for R30 000 is in arrears. They then send me an e-statement on my cell phone which shows that this account was opened in 2012 and hasnt been paid since. The statements says the instalment is R10 ...can an instalment on R30 000 be R10. Hell NO. So i call them and they say that they will hand this over to the forensic department. I get an sms a few hours later asking me to send them an Affidavit as well as 6 specimen signatures. Why the hell would someone want 6 signatures. If i do that then my signature can be duplicated and say that its my account. Anyways today i get a call at 06:31 am from DMC an attorney who tells me that my account has been handed over. I said to her that i do not have an account with African Bank. i call African Bank to ask what the hell is going on...she says \"" my acc\"" has been handed over because i didnt send the signatures.
