Basically no service and bringing my credit score down due to their error

I am very dissappointed in the service I have gotten from African Bank the past two months! Due to African Bank not being able to sort out their mistakes on my Credit Card my credit scire has now dropped with 42 points and they listed me as being in arrears which I am not as I havent skipped one payment and I actually have a credit available. I have also been struggling to get my credit card active with them for the past two months due to their own errors.
