Basic Air-condition

Hi <br> <br> Firstly i would like to congratulate the staff working at the African Bank in Jabulani mall for being able to stay professional and helpful through the conditions they work under<br> <br> I went into the branch yesterday to enquire about the requirements for a loan, I had to sit in the que before being assisted like everyone else the hygiene lacks with no proper air-condition at all . . .<br> <br> I thought there was a problem with their airconditions but today i was there for the actual application but the circumstances were still the same <br> <br> I do not know how you let your customers and employees working under such conditions to not have basic aircon for hygiene purposes too <br> <br> I am happy to be a client of you but if this how you treat your employees i would really like to reconsider my relationship <br> <br> Regards<br> Nkululekeo Mavundla<br> ***
