Banking gone wrong

My name is Welcome Molahlegi Nyiki identity no ***,I open a My World account online at African bank and I went to the branch to collect my card,I was given my card and told it's working but after a day I realized that my card was not activated,but I did my pin number at the branch and stuff,they said I must send them copy of my ID of which at the branch they took,I did sent 10 ID copies to ***,I got a reply that they received the email,I did sent 10 different copies so that they can only pick one because they said my first copy from their Branch was not clear,still today it's same story they say my copies are not clear, from 10 different copies how difficult is it to select one,I am so disappointed with African bank and I love the bank, because it's the simple Audacious bank in South Africa,just hope they fix this and activate my card
