Bank ******* AFRICAN BANK

<p>In February 2015 My ucle was retrenched by the he had a loan with african banK. Hes now 587years old and currently unemlopyed i doubt hel get a job at his age especially with chronich illness he has. My issue is he submitted proof that he was no longr working four times already with african bank and till today they are still debiting his account that by the ways has no money and its busy pilling up on interest of bounced debit orders. He is now handed over to coolections for this loan he has no income what so ever and battling to survive a month and i doubt he can pay back the loan.I belive there was some insurance money paid on this loan how does this work as i thought it will be used for the debt in cases like this. A lady by virginia Sethusa was handling the case and we still dont have solution to the matter. can someone please assist as to what steps need to be taken about this case.</p>
