Bank App ****

I’ve been trying to contact african bank about the data purchase that i made through the app. I tried buying that and the app said the purchase was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds , and tried to buy the cheaper data, they sent me two data purchases and double deducted my money, I’m really annoyed!
