Bank and Lawyer giving me a run around

<p>I had a loan with African Bank that was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe Inc. due to non payent. I made a payment arrangement with the lawyers and stuck to it. They then offered be a settlement ammount in November 2016 that I accepted and payed the settlement ammount in November 2016. Groenewald Lubbe Inc. obtained a judgement against my name in November. I am now trying to resolve this but to no avail. African Bank states that I must speak to the lawyers and Groenewald Lubbe Inc tells me I must speak to the Bank! How am I ever to rescind the judgement if I can not get the correct facts from the people who passed the judgement while I had a payment arrangement, and have a Settlement Letter from African Bank</p>
