Bank accounts on hold.

I have been contacting African Bank since Saturday each day as my Salary got paid in on Friday and I am unable to access any of my funds, Everyday I get told that it wil take 24 hours and that I just need to have my phone with me. I have now decided that seeing as your Forensics Department are unwilling to contaced a person that needs his funds for food and medication for his child that I will now be going to see a lawyer today as you as a bank are unwilling to help me.
