This bank and their agents are lies and I deposited money on Monday until today I haven't received the money, I called on Tuesday the 2nd spoke to Team leader by the name of Lawrence and he **** to me that I will get my money within on e business day, he even referred me to their FAQ website and its written there in black and white that pay@ deposit reflects within one business day, that team leader **** on recorded lines. I am frustrated and this bank caused me so much anxiety as the money was for rental I. the reason I deposited is because they stole my phone and I did not have access to my app I wanted to make use of internet banking , this bank is a ****a shop a real makula shop that inconvenience clients, join them at your own risk, no ATMs and when u deposit money u must wait for 3 days who would want to use a bank that inconvenience them like this
