I find it so annoying and unprofessional that I am requested to send the same documents repeatedly.

Now, on your App you are requesting a marriage certificate. I am not married, and I was never married before, unless you know something I don’t.

Firstly, I was the one who followed up with you this morning, after speaking to 3 consultants, only one was able to assist, Nomataliyane. She told me that it seems that my Surname or name is the problem, and I should send a copy of my ID.

After explaining to her that I already sent the ID copy, she requested that I please send 1 again as that seems to be the holdup, which I did to ***, I even got an auto reply from the email.

I get that you need to do checks and all, but having sent you my Payslips, bank statement and copy of my ID, which all by the way reflects the same name and surname.

I gave you consent to check my bureau and employment and you are still unsure if I am me.

Going to the branch is just an inconvenient exercise for me because there is none close to me, I am working 8 to 5. I am sure by this time your offices are closed considering I must take a taxi wherever the closest is to me.

Just let me know what you really want from me because what you are requesting, I do not have because I am not married. This is unacceptable.
