#Balance must fall
I had a Credit Card with African Bank, opened in 2010, and have paid it diligently. For the past 4 years I have not received a statement or a letter or even a telephone call from them, only to find that I still have a balance of R7000 on the account. My address has not changed in the last 8 years. As a customer I should be notified by the credit provider about my credit status, as set out in the NCA, which has clearly not been done for the past 4 years. According to my payments this account should be paid up and I refuse to pay anything extra.
