I had a problem with this bank,since it doesn,t have atms have ATMs l withdrew money from FNB atm the money didn,t come out..l went to FNB bank they said l must report my matter to my bank they are the ones who can claim it for me..so l went to the bank to my surprise l was told l must go and bring a new permit since l am not a SA citizen..But my problem is that the Minister of Hime Affairs allowed us to use our expired permit till end of 2025..hiw can l get my money back

31 Dec 2024, 12:48Unfortunately we were given upto end of 2025 November to apply l haven,t app**** since thats some of the money which you are holding which can help,how come some banks they dont ask me for a slip of a new permit whwn l visit them ,only you.

Where is it written that we must bring receipts to claim my own money..just give me my money l will go on with the other banks which.only needs my passport and my proof of residence only...l need that money to do my new permit or can l take the matter forward?You guys you dont treat us fairly
