Bad/poor customer service

The branch in Jubilee mall Hammanskraal they don't even deserve 1 start.. I was assisted by the lady Dikeledi.. I explained to her that someone is trying to login to my app and it's not the 1st time as the last time I came and got assisted by her we changed the logins but nothing changed.. her response was "clearly someone is targeting you n there's nothing we do .. we don't do the impossibles here.. she was so impatient, rolling her eyes.. so I asked her to transfer all my investments and close the account as I can't tolerate these attitude I'm getting from her and ulthis is my nearest branch so for everyone's peace sake I will look for this servifrom other banks.. that's how you lost 1 customer imagine how many people get treated this way but don't speak up? Wow
