Badest service I ever received from a bank. Bad bad

I have only my account for 3 months with African Bank, must get new cards already in the first month and again in the 3rd month. Now out of the blue they have blocked my account and can't tell me why because of money that was paid into my account that was *****. I supply them with my ID and proof of payment and still, they don't even call or answer emails. I will never refer anybody to this bank is useless.
