Bad website

The worst bank to logon. I use various website and African Bank's website is the only that needs a pin as well as a password to sign on. I also most often cannot succeed to logon and gets the message "Unable to perform the operation". The website is also not capable to show the pin or password to enable one to check it. When phoning there is no option to speak to a person. No regular statements are sent for investments.
