Bad very very poor service

I have a bad experience with this bank, in November 2023 my app didn't want me to log in then I had to travel 260 kilometres to get to their branch in Bloemfontein to get it fixed, then it worked for 3 months, then again in March 2024 the app is deniey me to log again and again I had to travel for the second time 260 kilometres again spending R300 to go to Bloemfontein at the same branch that is in xallotte maxeke street, when I get there their employee never mind to even help me she just told me that their system is offline, I then called their call centre and I was told to reset my password or username through the app, since I have been trying to do that till today, but their app keeps saying error you have failed to change your username, today the 12/08/2025 I have managed to reset my password in nedbank bank which I have 3 years not using it but the first time I tried to reset my login details it just approved it, but with African bank I have a full year trying to do only 1 thing resetting my login details and I have the whole year failing to do that, this is a joke for a bank, and remember I'm staying 260 kilometres from their branch, I regret for taking a decision of using this bank really, the bank that keeps consuming your money when you need access to it's services, and what I know is that they going to tell me that they can't reset my details via telephone, they going to tell me to visit their branch again as if they going to give me the transport fee to get to their branch, I have spent R600 in total to get to their branch in just 4 months space of time but I have benefited nothing.
