BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I Have a current loan with African bank & I have 1 more installment left…

Last Wednesday I app**** for an additional loan & no one got back to me for 48 hours, I have never defaulted with my payments… suddenly I’ve been getting calls that my loan has been approved then I’ve been getting calls that’s it’s been unsuccessful! This is really unprofessional as your consultants don’t know what they are doing or what is going on! I’ve been on calls for an hour @ one stage trying to getting hold of them… yesterday I received 2 sms’s one stated that my loan was unsuccessful & the other stated that my loan was being processed & I received a call saying it was successful & someone will call me regarding the contract!

I don’t see why I don’t qualify as I’ve made every payment & this is just so *********** of your consultants & African Bank!
