Bad, unfrofessional, rude, disruptive, attitudes from African Bank staff

The staff of African Bank of collections department I find extremely unprofessional. This morning at 7H04 am I recieved a call from African Bank. The lady which was calling refused to put me through to a supervisor, which I find extremely rude. African Bank you leave me no choice but to report you to the cpa.

Secondly their service provider cwx has no idea what they are doing. How can one make a payment on the 30th of September and then 5 days later it still doesnt reflect.

I am still waiting for a letter of apology from African Bank where they have committed ***** by ********lly decucted money from my account. It was returned, and what a surprise still no letter.
