Bad team leader

I called to make a payment arrangements for my account that is in arrears due to financial issues and spoke to consultant Phumzile Muliwa who advised that the amount that I want to pay is to little and must pay the amount that she is offering which is said I cant as I have been paying that amount before and there was no issues before and she advise that she needs to transfer to another department who deals with this and I asked if can speak to a team leader, worst mistake ever. Judith Mkhonto the team told that the amount that I want to pay is not enough and she said it is not the contract to pay that amount and I asked where my contract fits in here as I cant pay the full amount. Myself and Judith went on about my contract and I advised that I dont have a contract with her, I have a contract with African bank and she advised me that she is African bank which means my arrangement effects her. Ask her to transfer to the department that can help me she put me back to Phumzile who advised that she cant transfer and she will call me back which im still waiting for the call from the department.
