Bad start for new client

I opened an account with African Bank on 2024/02/24. I have been trying to register on the banking app since then , but wasn't successful. I eventually went to the branch for help. The consultant also couldn't register me and lodge on online querie from her computer. I got an sms stating that the querie will be resolved within 72 hours. This is not a very good start for a new client and I hope it can now be resolved.
