Bad smelly service

African bank Sam Ntuli mall sucks. No wonder Bank closes or under perform from townships malls. The 3 ladies I found when I walk in today 07/02/2023 at 09h58,yerrr their service is smelly.

The number of South African who are looking for jobs is scarry and it scares me more when I see people like these African bank consultants so relax and careless about clients. Electricity came back 2 minutes after walking in.

They didn't care to acknowledge my presence and at least tell me what's going on, even after the electricity was back, they still didn't communicate. They just kept on laughing and talking about the qualifications they want and have.

I had to ask why are we not being assisted at 10h23.still they did not show that they really care.

I wish this bank can go to bankruptcy. It's such a very bad bank. I don't know why they advertise their service as if it's a good bank to compete
