Bad services

My daughter visited the branch on Thursday 2nd March 2020 as we had a family emergency. She was assisted by a staff member called Mpho. He proceeded to process her application where he advised that she had been approved for an amount of R4000. He then makes her sign a document which confirms the approved amount and repayments. She is then told that the loan can take up to 48hours before its paid out. After the 48hours had passed we followed up and now suddenly the loan is declined with no explanation whatsoever. If I can advise people do not ever take a loan with African Bank. Cindi was also very unprofessional as the branch.
