bad services

ive gone to the bank on tuesday the 05.04.16 to apply for a loan which was approved, i signed my contract and the girl told me the money will be in my account within 48hrs,today is saturday and i have nothing in my account,ive gone to the branch this morning before and guess what the bank is close for renovations,i called customer service ***and *** and they told me there is nothing they can do they are only in the department to see if the applications have been recieved,i asked thrice what should i do because i need this money asap,they recon i should go to the branch after i mentioned a few times the bank is closed,im really disgraced by AFRICAN BANK'S SERVICES
