Bad service,bad customer experience

i am very disappointed and done with this bank the service we are getting as customers isn’t good at all,wouldn’t recommend anyone to bank with African bank,on 23 April i wrote i review here about the complaint i had with them since 2024, i got a call because i wrote a review here and i was promised that with 48hrs the issue will be sorted out only to get an sms later same day to say request couldn’t be resolved *** no one bothered to call and explain what is the problem
