Bad service yet again

Again bad service from African Bank. There’s an unauthorized debit order that went of from my account. Went to the branch to dispute it was given a run around the manager is not in the branch. Was called to come back same day use my petrol went back was given a form to fill in and I did that was told money will be reversed when I called today to follow up the consultant can’t find anything under my profile he can’t even excess my account and there’s nothing he can assist me with even when I provided the reference number that was sent to me by sms. I don’t know why do I still have my money banked with them really
