bad service with bad delays

I app**** for a loan on the 3rd of june already and was told it would take 48 hours as it has been approved however on the app it is still showing as being reviewed ..I have phoned up to 5 times a day and they just keep telling me the same thing that they need to contact employer however our hr lady has said she has not received any calls as of yet - I have also emailed the customer service over 8 times already with no success or reply if i had known this would take so long i would have app**** somewhere else
