Bad Service ,stinking and rotten attitude

Bad service at African Bank in Menlyn. I visited the bank to pay up my loan unfortunatley the attitude i got from the lady, so called Manager stinks and i don't think i would refer anyone to African bank in Menlyn.I feel sorry for the guys who work there because they are good at what they do, thanks to Andrew who calmed me down and assisted me.
