we are in the middle of pandemic where most of us lost our jobs, we had loans with credit protection, suddenly african bank wont payout, what they do best is to harass me with phone calls every 30min the whole day, each week. You will arrange with the collection department but still every 30min they will call you again. African bank please note this clearly we took the loans with you and you knew very well that its risky that's the reason we took out the credit protection plan, PLEASE STOP HARRASING US.
