Bad service on credit card
I'm very unhappy with how African Bank does things without communication when you pay they don't hesitate to call you and make arrangements but when they things your not informed I hv a credit card with them yesterday 08/07/22 wanted to access some funds I couldn't on the *120*225# then I went to the branch in Boulders and was told I have pay up the remaining balance which approximately R1000 I dnt have any outstanding balance whatsoever

10 Jul 2022, 13:33With the reply I received from African Bank wow I'm not even pleased at all,it doesn't even make sense that a huge bank like that can come up with lame excuses and still don't have answers
