bad service interms of paying my debts

I have been owing African bank for many year since 2008, I lost my Job and was retrenched and could not be able to pay the account. When I got a job I phoned them to make an arrangement . The did not tell me that I should phone in three months to keep the currently arrangement. without my knowledge they debited the full instalment in each account and I reversed the debit order. Now I have been handed over without being told anything and we again made an arrangement with African bank and they have debited the account . The lawyers are also calling me to make an arrangement with them. This is extremely bad service
