Bad service from stuff(Call center agents)
My mother has a loan with African, today one of the agents called and swore at my mother because she took out a loan and asked to decrease the installment, she is a pensinor now, my question is what us TCF and how do they work with people if they didn't if an employee is going to swear at a client just because payment is late at African Bank I need this investigated and I want answers because the level of disrespect my mother received was uncalled for I'm even ready to go to the media

01 May 2024, 14:29I am really disappointed and disgusted really, You are not helping out here, it's not about me calling you out it's about the level of service you give to your clients, What about her other debit orders since African Bank has decided to deduct all her money and leave her account empty, she spoke to Refilwe and they made a new arrangement that the money is reduced to 4600 however that was not made African Bank deducted 6700 +3600 twice please clarify for me why did African Bank do that to an elderly person
