Bad service from sales consultant african bank rude!!!

I went to african bank in shelly beach i was assisted by mr Sima a male consultant. He was very unhelpful and unpolite could not even look at me when he talked to me He was busy doing other work on his computer while i though he was trying to assist me. I tried to apply for a loan so i had to send through my personal documents via email. He just sat there could not even do a effort to telle he did not receive my email i had to ask him like 3 times did u receive my mail. This is so unprofessional and the service is so bad. I walked out of the branch because i was sitting there like a fool I will take my business some else wear. Wont do business with african bank.
