Bad service from call centre

There call center can never stick to one thing there stories always change an then they make excusses or shift the bame to the previous person no one knows wat is going on in this company , all we want to do is increase my wifes credit card limit , everytime we go throu all the steps and get declined for reasons that has nothing to do with us , we fix the problem last week was told to wait untill after the weekend ,now today they tell us we must wait 60 days an then try again , this is absolutly worse service that we got from african bank .
