Bad service from African Bank
App**** for a loan 2x from African Bank. First time went through the whole process only to be rejected at the end as they said I was under debt review which I was not. Got the letter from the NCR to show I was not and then we started again only to be rejected after they told me all the paper work was correct and it's at credit. Then they reject me again!!! Saying payslip not clear and affordability which is nonsense!!! I can afford this loan as its a consolidation loan that I would pay up one account which would leave me with enough money to pay all my debt. Was the worst experience ever and I feel it was because I am white they did this.

18 Jun 2022, 08:41Thank you I spoke to a lady at customer service and some person is going to give me feedback today. Hopefully soon as this is ridiculous as I know I can afford this loan and I am not getting any joy from anyone

18 Jun 2022, 14:13Just found out they were using the wrong payslip!!! That's why they said they could not read it!!! They were using the one from SEDIBENG, that payslip I know I can not qualify for a consolidation loan. The one they should have used was the one from Midvaal Municipality to qualify me not the one from SEDIBENG. Someone must take responsibility for this ****** mess

18 Jun 2022, 16:02I meant to say as well the PAYSLIP IS VERY CLEAR AND YOU CAN READ IT!!!! Maybe the credit department must invest in a good pair of glasses for the person reading these DOCUMENTS!!!! This is unacceptable!!! I need to loan to be granted ASAP I have been more than patient!!! And I am about lose it now !!! As still nobody higher up has called me
