Bad service from African bank

I recently have sent an email to you guys asking if there was any accounts opened on my name and then about a day or 2 I received a call from you guys stating that there was no active accounts on my name but this morning I received a bank statement for an account I have never opened I would like this account to be closed before I take this matter further this is *****
