Bad Service
Every single month I get a call from the collections dept and then they ask me when I am going to pay. My account is not in arrears, and on my profile by the bank it says I will pay on the 28th. But they phone sometimes 2 to three days before I need to pay.

28 Mar 2023, 09:30On the 28th of March 2023 they phoned me again. Told me if I don't sign a debit order I am in bridge of contract. My account is up to date each month. I don't want a debit order because it cost me money.
