bad service

I am paying African bank loan through attorneys. Since April Afican bank resumed taking instalment from my account through the debit order and I stopped paying through attorneys. I used to pay 800 through attorneys but I now pay normal instalment of 2489 through debit order. the attorneys are threatening to blacklist me since I am no longer paying through them.
