Bad service even from the headoffice

Yesterday I got a call from African bank they told me I have to make another payment, of which the last payment was made on the 30th of may and its not yet end of the month of June. Any ways I didn't mind settling the entire amount I was told I qualified for a discount and I paid today upon visiting the branch I'm told I still owe this is just madness I will never do business with African bank
