Bad service

Once again, African Bank has let me down, Do your agents even know what they are doing? Different stories, Different excuses every single time, requesting the same documents over and over again, so many desperate South Africans relying on African Bank who takes 2 - 3 weeks to assist, because they have agents who don't know what they are doing. I have been a client of African Bank for almost a year, have never missed a payment but to try and get assistance is a nightmare. Maybe it's time to go to the Credit Onbudsman
