I completed an application on 12 August 2024, at the branch in N1 city mall. I have received my credit card already yet my application is still being reviewed. All required documents were sent but still there is hold up. How pathetic is this service im getting even when i call your contact centre. You promise quick and fast applications but its been 2 weeks.
