Bad service
I was there to dispute the debit orders and I was told that they couldn't do that. I was on call for an hour and my dispute was not resolved. The money was taken from Capitec account and it is from the social grant. Now I don't have money for food for my kids. I'm no longer working

04 Dec 2021, 08:26I'm so disappointed with your service. I spoke to the consultant yesterday at 16h31 and promised me that the refund would be done first thing tomorrow morning which is today. Then I get the sms to say they can't do the refund. I'm taking this to the ombudsman.
