My review is in regards to not being treated fairly by african bank, I am an african bank client i app**** for a personal loan and qualified for a credit card and opted to accept it at the branch in tygervalley on the 30/06/2022, After everything was done i signed the contract and agreement, did the debicheck received the credit card and was advised that my payslip was uploaded they would just verify employment and the money would be paid out on the card there after. after waiting i received an sms it was unsuccessful with no reason and there after several calls from the sales call center wanting to redo the application. How can i enter into financial transaction and receive the contract and agreement with my card and be rejected for no reason. African bank has not treated me fairly nor have they acted with integrity, I bank with this bank but they are disgraceful and will decide to now forward this to the national credit regulator
