Bad service

Called investment department a lot of time n a number of times not being able to get assistance,while having held a phone more than 20 min with numerous attempts,and when o finally get through I didn’t get help ,and told I to accept a pop up which it ddnt come thru, n no security questions n when they do ask at times , questions won’t make sense ,or not even given options to choose from the answers that they got , is like they are expecting you to fail them,
