Bad Service

I have emailed African Bank like more than 15 times to make payment arrange on my loan with them. They asked me to send them the documents from the company as we are on salary breaks due to COVID. No response from them. This morning I get a mgs to say they are waiting on payment. I emailed them again and still nothing.

This is very bad service from them as I would like to pay my loan but cannot afford the full amount at the moment. :-(
