BAD SERVICE!!!!
why on earth am i receiving a statement saying i owe R33938.52 when i settled the account in December and you have me a settlement discount????
PLEASE SORT THIS OUT URGENTLY!!!!!

I want my money back and I want you to send me an email so that I can send you my proof of payment and settlement quote provided by yourselves. AND NOT FORGETTING THAT I WAS CALLED AND TOLD I WAS GIVEN A SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT. SORT THIS OUT ITS AFFECTING ITC!!!!!
